HH Global acquires Adare International

Merge completion of global marketing services providers,HH Global and AdareInternational

LONDONand CHICAGO,Aug. 18,2021 -- HH Global is pleased to announcethecompletionof theacquisition of AdareInternational(includingPurple Agency),from the private equity firm Endless LLP,following the signing of an agreement on Monday 21 June 2021.The combined business willgenerateapproximately $2.1bn in annual sales.

Thisdeal willcreate acombined global businesswithover 4,000 employees and a presence in more than65countries,cementing HHGlobal'sposition as market leader.It will also allow stronger in-country operations,helping to propel seven of our local markets to achievelocalannual run ratesof over $50mrevenuefor the first time.
