HUYA Inc. Announces Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

GUANGZHOU,China,May 15,2020 -- HUYA Inc. ("Huya" or the "Company") (NYSE: HUYA),a leading game live streaming platform in China,today announcedthat,at its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held today,shareholders of the Company adopted the following resolution as a special resolution proposed by the Company:

THATthe Company's Third Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association be amended and restated by the deletion in their entirety and by the substitution in their place of the Fourth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association,substantially in the form attached to the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated April 3,2020 as Exhibit A.
