(NYSE: YUMC and HKEX: 9987,"Yum China" or the "Company")today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the firstquarter ending March 31,2021at 4:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Tuesday,April 27,2021 (4:30a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time on Wednesday,April 28,2021).
