2019 will be the year that transformationgoes pragmatic

BEIJING,Nov. 19,2019 -- Forrester's2019 predictions identifythe major dynamics that will affect companies inthe coming year– a yearwhere firms will shift fromstrategic ambitionstopragmatic,surgical efforts.
