RISE Education to Announce First Quarter 2020 Financial Results on May 14, 2020

BEIJING,April 30,2020 -- RISE Education Cayman Ltd ("RISE" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: REDU),a leading junior English Language Training ("ELT") provider in China,today announcedit plans to release its unaudited first quarter 2020 financial results on Thursday,May 14,2020 after the close of U.S. markets.

The Company will hold a conference call on Thursday,2020 at 9:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (Friday,May 15,2020 at 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time) to discuss the financial results.
