Revenue at USD 390.3 million;decrease of 4.8% QoQ andgrowth of 9.5% YoY

Constant Currency Revenue decrease of 4.7% QoQandgrowth of 10.6% YoY

In Indian Rupees:

Revenue at INR 29,492 million;decrease of 2.1% QoQ and growth of18.7% YoY

Net Income at INR 4,164 million;decrease of 2.6% QoQ andgrowth of 17.1% YoY
