RISE Education to Announce Second Quarter 2020 Financial Results on August 13, 2020

BEIJING,Aug. 4,2020 -- RISE Education Cayman Ltd ("RISE" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: REDU),a leading junior English Language Training ("ELT") provider in China,today announcedit plans to release its unaudited second quarter 2020 financial results on Thursday,August 13,2020 after the close of U.S. markets.

The Company will hold a conference call on Thursday,2020 at 9:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (Friday,August 14,2020 at 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time) to discuss the financial results.
