JD Cloud Partners with VSTECS for Overseas Markets
BEIJING,Sept. 6,2018 -- On September 5,2018,VSTECS (00856.HK) and JD Cloud announced astrategic partnership. Both companies agreed to combine their resources to boost application,promotion and development of cloud computing and related services in China and overseas markets.

2. Select each other as primary supplier and channel agents.
3. Select each other as primary strategic partners for innovative services.
