ChipMOS REPORTS NOVEMBER 2019 REVENUE; 14.1% Year-Over-Year Growth

("ChipMOS"or the "Company") (Taiwan Stock Exchange:8150 and NASDAQ: IMOS),an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"),today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of November 2019. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$30.50 toUS$1.00 as ofNovember 29,2019.

Revenue for the month of November 2019was NT$1,849.1million or US$60.6 million,a decrease of2.6%fromthe month ofOctober 2019 and an increaseof14.1% fromthe same period in2018. The month over month decline reflects one less operating day in November as compared to October.The Company is otherwise benefiting from stability in its core business and utilization levels.
