Under the terms of the Agreement,ACC invested 100 percent of the system cost and undertook the design, construction, and long-term system maintenance. Electricity from the solar system will be provided to Husqvarna Group at competitive rates to ensure operational savings throughout the lifetime of the system.

The new solar power generation plant has a capacity of 1.4 megawatt of solar system power, allowing Husqvarna Group to increase its share of electricity from renewable sources of energy and thereby reduce greenhouse gases and other emissions that incur from electricity generated by coal. Over its expected 25-year life of the facility, the system will save approximately 28,900 tons of CO2,or the equivalent of 12-million liters of gasoline, saving the use of electricity of 587 families for 25 years.

According to Thomas Lapham,CEO of Asia Clean Capital,"Husqvarna is the world's most iconic brand of outdoor power products. ACC is proud to kick off cooperation with this excellent partner in Jiangsu and we look forward to having further cooperation."
