LGT expands presence in Asia Pacific
TOKYO,Nov. 18,2021 --LGT,the international private banking and asset management group owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein,announced that it has opened a new wealth management office in Tokyo after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The company,LGT Wealth Management Trust Inc. (LGT Japan) located at the Okura Prestige Tower,will provide distinct investment and wealth management solutions that cater to the changing needs of Japan's high net worth individuals and family-owned businesses.
LGT has appointed Yoshitaka Nagakura,an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience,as Chairman and CEO Private Banking LGT Japan. He will report directly to Dr. Henri Leimer,CEO LGT Private Banking Asia Pacific.The company has commenced operations with an on-the-ground team of over 35 experienced employees with the local knowledge and skills to provide bespoke wealth management solutions to LGT's clients in Japan.
