United Imaging Flips the Script on its Events Program for 2022, Reveals Expanded Sales Force and U.S. Growth

HOUSTON,May 3,2022 -- United Imaging,a global leader in advanced medical imaging and radiotherapy equipment,said that it has enhanced its U.S. domestic events program in 2022 as it also welcomed a new class of sales hires to meet growing customer demand.

United Imaging revealed significant growth,just three and a half years after officially launchingcommercial activity in the U.S. This growth came while the company also maintained a 96%customer satisfaction rate in 2021,with 100% of annual survey respondents saying they are either"extremely"or"very"satisfiedwiththecompany'ssupportacrossallfourofthemodalitiesinwhichitoperates.

United Imaging's Universitytrains its new AEs on how the company approaches medical imaging,whichisdifferent fromthetraditionalwayofdoingbusinessin theindustry.Beforelearningaboutourproducts and services,new sales hires learn about the company they just joined: the mission,theculture of how customers are taken care of,how collaboration happens,and how the company isbuiltforthemodernworld by sustaining ahigh degreeofvertical integrationandsupplychaincontrol. They also spend significant time learning about how United Imaging leverages that structureto help protect their customers' investments in their equipment through programs like SoftwareUpgrades for Life™ where all software functionality is provided for each scanner throughout itslifecycle.

United Imaging has been bringing a steady stream of more than 200 visitors a year to its 100,000square foot factory and showroom complex in Houston to share these benefits with customers andalso show off the technology,and this pace is increasing.
