Previously,he spent over a decade at Bayer Healthcare and Ortho Biotech before co-founding and selling a pair of successful start-ups,which included a digital healthcare medical education company.
Flowerday's academic credentials include a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Queen's School of Business.
