AXA launches 'CritiPartner Plus Critical Illness Plan'

HONG KONG,June 20,2019 -- According to the Hospital Authority's cancer data revealed in 2016,colorectal cancer ranks number one amongst the 'Ten Most Common Cancers in Hong Kong',while lung cancer is the 'Number One Killer' with the highest mortality rate. Fortunately, advancements in medical technology and early cancer treatment can greatly enhance the survival rate of patients, despite the fact that in many cases no obvious symptoms of colorectal cancer or lung cancer in an early stage can be diagnosed. Hence,AXA Hong Kong commissioned market research firm Edelman Intelligence to conduct an online survey of 1,000 Hong Kong people aged 18 or above in May this year to learn about their preparation and views on critical illness.
