HANGZHOU,China,Dec. 5,2019 -- In mid November 2019,Hangzhou Shimai Technology Co.,Ltd(Shimai Technology)reached an agreement withChangshu (Jiangsu) governmentand Suzhou's Wuzhong District governmentutilizing the company'smature business model and innovativecarbonization vehicle to deal with African swine fever (ASF).

Because ASF is a highly contagious viral disease,incineration is considered an effective bio-safe method in handling and disposal of theinfected livestock.

The coresolution is the company's proprietary MR-1000 carbonization vehicle. The company has spentthree yearsperfecting the MR-1000. Thevehicle is covered by eighteen patents including two invention patents and sixteen patents for various utility models. The MR-1000's advantages with the safe handling of infected livestock helps toprevent contaminated pork from entering the market while working tocontrol the spread of the disease.

China's ASF outbreakstarted aroundAugust 2018. Many locations are still working withvarious measures for the bio-safe handling and disposal oflivestock in order to prevent the disease fromspreading. In Jiangsu Province,many places such as Changshu City and Wuzhong District (Suzhou City) havesuffered from the spread of ASF.

Presently,Shimai Technology hassigned up with 38 county-level and municipal-level governments in Anhui,Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces,providing bio-safe methods in the handling and disposal ofthe affectedlivestock. Three carbonization vehicles havebeen in operationfor more than two years. The vehicles ensure no odors orharmful gases produced during the disposal process escape.After the incineration,the carbon-based byproductcan be used as fertilizer.
