ORGANIK KIMYA Acquires VILLA INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE

ISTANBUL,Sept. 26,2018 -- ORGANIK KIMYA,a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemicals,based in Istanbul - Turkey,today announced the acquistion of VILLA INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE,a supplier of textile specialty chemicals based in Milano,Italy.

VILLA INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE began its activities in 1962 with the production of textile chemical auxiliaries located in Milano,grew to a leading position in the Italian market and thereafter diversified into foreign markets.

Stefano Kaslowski,the CEO of ORGANIK KIMYA stated that this acquisition is in line with ORGANIK KIMYA's growth strategy,strengthening its commercial footprint and extending its geographical reach in the textile specialty chemical market which is among its earliest market segments and where ORGANIK KIMYA has a significant presence,with its acrylic polymers.

ORGANIK KIMYA will continue to work on value creation and synergies from the proposed acquisition in order to provide creative product and service solutions to its customers while growing in solution acrylic markets.
