Intralinks to Keynote Third Annual Cass Mergers & Acquisitions Research Centre Conference

NEW YORK,Aug. 3,2018 -- Intralinks®,the world's leading virtual data room (VDR) provider,announced today that Philip Whitchelo,will give the keynote address at the Third Annual Cass Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Research Centre Conference at Cass Business School,City,University of London on Monday,August 20. The event begins at 8:30 am BST.

The conference,organized by the M&A Research Centre (MARC) at Cass Business School and the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI),is an internationally recognized and attended annual forum on the theory and practice of mergers and acquisitions.

Whitchelo,who is responsible for strategic business and corporate development at Intralinks,is a 25-year veteran of M&A investment banking,corporate finance and management consulting.
