She has been responsible for driving regional and global HR strategies and initiatives,focusing on leading business change and reorganisation,and is experienced in performance management,employee engagement,talent management,resourcing and succession planning. Aleksandra has degrees in international management and strategic HR management,and is also a certified business trainer.
