The Regional Grand Prize Winner 2017/18,Dinda Royhan, currently pursuing a Master of Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at Sciences Po,notes "I went to public schools in Indonesia where Bahasa Indonesia is the official medium of instructions, taking IELTS was the best way for me to demonstrate my ability to study abroad in English. To be very frank,I did not expect to obtain a high IELTS score simply because Bahasa Indonesia is the only language that I've ever used academically. Scoring 8.5 in IELTS was very empowering and made my application to Sciences Po more attractive,as the university receives thousands of applications from all over the world each year. I strongly encourage students planning to study abroad take IELTS with the British Council as it unlocks unlimited opportunities you never imagined possible."
