Annual CX Summit to be held in Kuala Lumpur this week with overwhelming response

KUALA LUMPUR,Malaysia,Nov. 11,2019 -- CX Summit 2019,organized by the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM),will be held in Kuala Lumpur this week with an amazing set of contents and partnerships that will showcase the best of CX. The venue is set for The Sheraton Hotel,Petaling Jaya,which happens to be located at the border of the greater Kuala Lumpur city.

As at noon of the 8th November 2019,it was reported that only limited seats are left in what is expected to be a record turnout of delegates. Both local Malaysians and guests from the larger APAC region are scheduled to attend; these CX leaders come from various industries such as banking & financial services,telecommunications,e-commerce,transportation & logistics,business process outsourcing,shared services sector,airlines/aviation,hospitality,entertainment,property and healthcare to search for better understanding of customer experience best practices.
