JAKARTA,Indonesia,July 25,2019 -- The 15th edition of the Indonesian largest food and hospitality exhibition,Food & Hotel Indonesia (FHI) 2019,kicks off today,starting from July 24-27,2019,at the JiExpo Kemayoran,Jakarta,organized by Pamerindo Indonesia. "The 12th Edition Salon Culinaire will be the largest culinary competition in Indonesia,set to affiliate with over 30 overseas certified judges and 20 local judges. With the increasing trend of specialty coffee consumption in Indonesia,FHI 2019 is also hosted the first-ever ASEAN Barista Team Championship (ABTC) series,planned to be held annually in Southeast Asia countries. "It's an absolute honor for us to host the region's first-ever barista team competition,furthermore,as we can totally serve Indonesian specialty coffee in this global championship," said A Syafrudin,Chairman of Specialty Coffee Association Indonesia (SCAI).
