LOTTE Hotel traverses the U.S. by opening 'LOTTE Hotel Seattle', 10 years of global expansion

SEOUL,South Korea,Sept. 24,2020 -- LOTTE Hotel opens inSeattle,the largest city innorthwestU.S.on September 24asthe chain's 12th internationalhotel and the third in the U.S,after LOTTEHotel Guam and LOTTENew York Palace.Following the successful opening of LOTTE New York Palace,LOTTE Hotel is to set out to Seattle and operate a top-echelon hotel in both the U.S east and west.

LOTTE Hotel,whose global expansion marks its 10th year this yearsince the opening of LOTTEHotel Moscow in September 2010,now operates 12 internationalchain hotels in seven countries,including the United States,Vietnam and Russia. This shows the company has pushed for aggressive global expansion, opening at least one internationalchain hotel each year.

LOTTEHotel made joint investment with Hana Financial Investment to acquire LOTTEHotel Seattle in December last year,with LOTTE entrusted to operate the hotel. LOTTEHotel Seattle is the fourth internationalchain hotelLOTTEwas entrusted to operate,after LOTTECity Hotel Tashkent Palace,LOTTEHotel Yangon and LOTTEHotel Samara.

With experiences and know-howsacquired by operating hotels around the world,LOTTE Hotel Seattlehas a total of 189 rooms (including 33 suite rooms) on the first to 16th floor of its 44-story building. Guest rooms feature creative and modern design inspired by Seattle's natural landscape and offer lively and bright atmosphere.
